Refuse & Recycling Contract Subcommittee
At the meeting of March 25, the Town Council appointed Ford Greene and Barbara Thornton to serve on a Refuse & Recycling Contract Subcommittee. The Council also directed staff to solicit applications from members of the community who would be interested in serving with Councilmembers Greene and Thornton on this committee.
The charge of the Subcommittee is to review the terms of the Town’s current refuse and recycling contract, make requests for additional information from Marin Sanitary Service, review the information received and make recommendations to the Town’s negotiating team regarding a new contract with Marin Sanitary.
